Prompt UBBC Code Request v1
Put it in the headers of your code support and request boards (if they are in the same board). I WILL MAKE ONE FOR GRAPHIC REQUESTS IF WANTED. You don't have to edit anything.
Basically what it does is creates a few prompt boxes and the user fills out the information. You will see here: "+type+" Question/help: "+what+" That it has the variable of type there. That is because if the user does it right it will say either, Request Question/help or Support Question/help. This code was a random idea. Please don't rip or copy to your forum unless you have permission.
Enjoy ;D
