E= excellent M = merit A= achieved Na= not achieved
That's how it goes here, and in that order, you can get + and - for all of those marks.

Wow Luke that is weird. Here, an E is poor.
A* - greater A - great B - good C - ideal D - hmm E - poor F - bad G - crap U - ungraded / complete failure
Looks easy, but GCSE grades for geography and lower set of maths and English go from A* to G. I'm in a higher maths and English set, so mine are A* to C.
I'm getting A*'s and A's in ICT, a B in food tech and C's in English and maths.
Our ICT course is different. Each piece of individual work is graded with the above letters, once again I'm in the highest set, so mine are A* to C. If I don't get a C, I fail. If I fail core ICT (everyone has to do it), I fail option. Luckily, I don't think it works the other way. Our overall grade is marked like a BTEC course.
A* - distinction A - merit B - credit C - pass
