They do that to everyone who signs up, at least I know they do for the free signup. It's a great free host, though, so if you aren't paying you better not be complaining.

If you created them, I think you can use them. It's not like this is the first time on/off icons have been made like those. They're just not common on ProBoards. I have seen on/off icons like those more commonly on phpBB themes, MyBB themes, etc. It seems to me that you get CSS from code sources quite often though.

I have seen on/off icons like those more commonly on phpBB themes, MyBB themes, etc. It seems to me that you get CSS from code sources quite often though. I've seen the concept many times before. But there's a difference between creating them from scratch and making a few changes to the original icon and calling it one's own work. It looks like it was grayscaled with the background stretched across, and given a new shape on the right side.

X10Hosting is a good free web host. Well, not good exactly, but they're way better than 000webhost.
