So basically do you follow people or are you the leader? I'm usually the leader, only because most people are sheep, and that I'm pretty good at leading things

Honestly, I prefer to be more of a follower. What's annoying is my friends are usually followers, as well. As a result, it's difficult to get the group to decide on anything. *glare*
In my line of work, though, I'm trying to become more of a leader. There are more (and better paid) job offers if you can be a leader in tech theatre. A lot of times, the followers are not paid as well, or volunteers.

They were actually a fairly talkative bunch. However, if you wanted to go do something, and wanted the rest of the group to follow (say, at the cafeteria, and want to go do something else together), it was almost impossible to do that (unless everyone else wanted to leave).
