I always start out pretty good on a blog, then run out of ideas and it dies. Rinse and repeat

I own a blog, yes. A tech blog, although no-one can see posts because they are hidden until I have perfected the theme. Once the theme is done, my blog will be up and running for everyone. Unlike Luke however, I will be providing my own sources as I work for a network carrier.

At least Luke wouldn't go around trying to cause fights via commenting and saying Luke is bias and can't write properly and you saying you can He's mature and doesn't go looking for fights, just saying

There's 1 MILLION GOOGLE RESULTS difference with the keywords Apple and Android with Apple having the most at CNET, go complain to them. I find there's more news with Apple than Android anyway.

Unlike Luke however, I will be providing my own sources as I work for a network carrier. Which department? Telefonica O2 UK. I own a blog, yes. A tech blog, although no-one can see posts because they are hidden until I have perfected the theme. Once the theme is done, my blog will be up and running for everyone. Unlike Luke however, I will be providing my own sources as I work for a network carrier. At least Luke wouldn't go around trying to cause fights via commenting and saying Luke is bias and can't write properly and you saying you can He's mature and doesn't go looking for fights, just saying I'm not looking for arguments, I'm proving points. Points that weren't made in the blog post which may cause its readers to be mislead. That isn't what blogs are supposed to do. How is Dylan looking for fights by commenting on a blog? He is pointing out things, and from what I've seen so far, true things. Seriously, we're going to argue about it here after I've already told you I'm not bias. There's 1 MILLION GOOGLE RESULTS difference with the keywords Apple and Android with Apple having the most at CNET, go complain to them. I find there's more news with Apple than Android anyway. That's because you're searching for a company against a product. Try searching for two companies or two products for a valid comparison before trying to get out of your acts.

In my perspective, I think Dylan's post comes out of excessive pride and brand loyalty. GeeksHut is Luke's blog and he should be able to report on any matter of his wish. He does not have to follow Google's (or any other website's ratio) ratio of search results. Luke can report upon the matters he understands and the matters that will interest his audience. That's totally up to him. Reporting on one issue more does not make someone bias. And, let's not forget to mention that Luke has reported on Android phones as well. I don't see anything lacking in that aspect of the blog. I never said that he should totally drop Apple and iOS for Google and Android, did I? He should just include Android a little more like I have noticed recently (which is what you also noticed.) If Luke advertises his blog as a "tech blog," he should cover more topics than just Apple and iOS, regardless of their 'popularity.' If he wants to solely support Apple and their products, he should change it to an 'Apple tech blog.' The way this discussion against Luke was started is also disgusting. I've heard of shameless advertising. But can someone be so shameless as to mock a current blog when they haven't even released their own to the public? And for someone who absolutely hates to talk about iPhones and the iOS, its hypocritical to speak about being bias. Ultimately, there's too much pride in this conversation for working at O2. The greatest innovators didn't all start out by working at giant corporations and companies. For the record, I DO NOT hate talking about Apple and their products. If I did, working at O2 would not have been an option in my eyes, nor a tech blog, would it? If I was given an iPhone as a work phone, I would use it. But out of choice, I would revert to Android as I enjoy that operating system more. You are an ignoramus for accusing me of mocking Luke's blog because he is using sources that are not his own, when you are also doing it too. In fact, there is a recent chat log that I have where you are mocking Luke's choice of sources.

And I never said that you told him to drop Apple and iOS for Google and Android. I was clearly referring to the ratio. The same ratio that changes if you use proper search terms. You simply don't have the right to tell him what to report. I don't like the title of the blog either. It's a little too vague. But a title shouldn't control the blog. If needed, the title should change. I know I don't have the right but I think it'll help his readers understand what his blog is actually about. Really? Speaking about Apple seems to invoke war inside you. Android is more than a choice to you. It's your life's loyalty and blind love. I have already advised Luke to avoid Cnet as his source. I don't know what more I can say to make you happy. You're comparing a blog that you haven't even released to a current blog. I have different views on Apple, depending on what we're talking about. I respect the company and I respect Steve Jobs, but the new CEO, Tim Cook, just no. As for their iOS mobile operating system, it's stable, there's a big choice of apps (although pricey like all Apple products) and the UI is unbearable. It's been needing an overhaul for the past three reincarnations and I hope it comes with iOS 6. iOS simply doesn't stack up to what Android offers. I have a £430 phone. It runs Android, the more-open OS of the two which provides a lot of customization. HTC Sense is overlaid on-top, which many have said is the best user interface on the market today. I don't know about you, but if I buy a £430 phone, I want to get the most out of it. Android allows me to do that. You also haven't seen me at work. You and me both hate RIM, yet as my job involves interaction with customers who may want BlackBerry devices, I have to put that aside and I'm very good at doing it. Dylan, you're an understanding person. I want you to read that quote. Luke feels that there's more to talk about with Apple than Android. So, he has the right to talk about it. A title should not dictate the development of a blog. An organization should be backed by morals and goals. Anything else may change if needed. The only reason why he finds less results for Android than Apple is because he's searching for an operating system against a company. Try 'Google' and 'Apple' or 'Android' and 'iOS.' Also, don't think that Google is being biased towards their own operating system. Try out Bing and Yahoo! if you must.

And how did I approach this issue? By simply posting that I have a blog too that isn't public yet only due to the theme, which I made myself. That remark at the end is basically identical to what you have said in the past in our chat logs.

What I meant was sources from a network carrier, which received sources from proper companies. Luke grabs sources from other blogs. The same blogs which will have gathered sources from other blogs.

Greetings Folks, ... JamesK, you've done nothing constructive by sucking on Dylan's comments. The simple nature of his approach was very wrong. ... How am I sucking on Dylan's comments? You make no sense. EDIT: Don't bother replying, I think we should get this thread back on track, it's not a battle of the blogs thread >_>
