Quality seems to be very dithered. This could be due to several reasons, including re-sizing text with a transform tool instead of the text tool. I'm not sure what method you went about making this, but I would re-attempt it.

I cropped the c and the C in the banner, then probably the magic select tool caught the gradients that smoothed the c out, making it seemed dithered. after that, i just reopened the banner, made a 64 by 64 canvas, which made a background, and i just copyed and pasted the 2 cC's

Try making the cC from scratch.

It wasn't a custom font, it was actually just Century Gothic. Just use that and do one that way. That saves much time from cropping it from the logo.
