I think it should take absolute proof and i don't think it should just be for any murderer. I think it should be for repeat murderers and people who are so far gone that there is no coming back

Canada (like others of the commonwealth) rid of such an act. We just sentence life-times in prison. I believe that the death penalty is very harsh and unnecessary. Why cause even more killing? Theres enough of it already.
