Hey guys I use photo shop to make my graphics and want to know what blur to use to make the picture look like one when I put a bunch of pictures together. I tried every blur I could find and I can still see it's 2 pictures next to each other. All advice and comments welcome.

I think they mean ( for example) a few different pictures of people, and turn them into one real looking image by blending the backgrounds to make it look like a more realistic photo.

There's no real way of doing that without cutting out the background of one of images.
Or you can cut out both backgrounds, and add your own background. Blurring is probably not the way to go about doing this.

Cutting out the background is a lot of work

Yeah, but it's the best option available, in my opinion. Graphic design is about hard work in a lot of ways.

I know but I think I'll take my dad's why instead of cutting all the images out
