I use the cpanel one 95 percent of the time, and dreamweaver the other 5 percent

Mostly Dreamweaver although bits and bobs with; notepad, notepad++, Coda, TextEdit and the one on my host.

Notepad++ or cPanel. I used to use Coda D; It was amazing. Wish I had a mac again!

Right now I use notepad++ and codeblocks, but I really need to start using Vim. My professor uses it and he can get things done so much faster than you can in any other text editor.

I use code::blocks for C++, its great IMO. I agree. I don't like Visual Studio all that much because it's just too big. Code Blocks is fairly simple and doesn't have a ridiculous amount of project files.
