Weill my video cards going down the drain, screens flickering, screws have falling out and all that crap, since I read the Ram doesn't have to match up the vid card I thought about getting this one. EVGA GeForce 8400 Currently have a GeFore GT 120. But can I dual them together?

Probably not...
Get a gtx 550 ti or something. Or an HD 6790. A gtx 460 if you can fork up the cash.

If you just want to watch videos and do some indie games thats fine. The HD 6790 and the GTX 460 are for high end gaming computers. You probably won't be able to sli them.

You could get a 250GTS for fairly cheap. Its affordable and more than able to handle anything you can throw at it.
