We use MySKYHDi at our house, though we have freeview but that doesn't have as many channels and you can't live pause etc  |

Shaw Cable HD. But only on the good tv's, all the others are just straight up cable.

Not in Canada. We just got Shaw/Rogers/Telus and a few other smaller ones.
