On my website, I have something I've dubbed the "Abandoned Building" project. Basically, you write text descriptions of "rooms" inside a fictional abandoned building. An example I'm currently working on can be found here. If you want to play with the Demo, click here. If you register, you can make one of your own. It's a pretty simple idea, and it's something I haven't seen elsewhere, yet. I'm just wondering what I can do to make it more appealing. I'm thinking of adding a voting system, though I'm not sure what type I'd add (rate 1-5, like/dislike, etc).

Well here's an idea, hear me out. Honestly, your audience would be pretty narrow the way your project is. It is a cool and unique idea, but I just don't think that many people would appreciate it. I would propose to still have the text, but not just words. Maybe text-art of how the building would look like. It would be a little harder, but anyone could edit it and make improvements. I think that would be really neat to look at a picture of a room with the description, and a picture made purely from text. Just a thought

Interesting idea. I'll think about it. Thanks!
