Cmt the other code you told me to use is not doing what I want. I want to hide the chat from guests only. When I am logged in now I can't see the chat.

Why didn't this code below work? Hide your [shoutbox, cbox, chatroom etc.] from Guests
This will enable you to hide anything currently in your Header/Footer from guests:

Place any content to hide here, eg. your shoutbox code.

Yes I put the chat code in place of that. When I am logged in I can't see the chat box now. I will try the other code you posted was just wondering why the other one didn't work when it says thats what it is for.
